CROSSFIT ELEMENTS

To make sure all students are properly prepared for CrossFit classes and to make sure they have the safest and most fun experience possible, they are required to take our CrossFit Elements class before signing up for one of our CrossFit programs. Register online today!

The CrossFit Elements is a 2 hour practical training class, with a low student per instructor ratio to make sure you get highly personalized instruction.

In this class, you will learn the following: Introduction to CrossFit and principles, a tour of CrossFit Lakeway and overview of rules and guidelines, basic nutrition concepts related to starting the CrossFit program and practical training of the following movements.

Offered Saturdays from 7am to 9am
