Getting Started:

To make sure all students are properly prepared for CrossFit classes and to make sure they have the safest and most fun experience possible, they are required to take our CrossFit Elements class before signing up for one of our CrossFit programs.

The CrossFit Elements  classes are comprised of three 45 minute classes, with a low student per instructor ratio to make sure you get highly personalized instruction. In the classes, you will learn the following:

Day 1:

  • Air Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk

Day 2:

  • Front Squat
  • Back Squat
  • Overhead Squat
  • Hang Power Clean

Day 3:

  • Thruster
  • Hang Power Snatch
  • Kettle Bell Swing
  • Pull Ups
