Tom Nelson

Tom has led a very active lifestyle throughout his life. His younger years were spent playing soccer,
which led to regional and state competitions. In high school, Tom was introduced to gymnastics for
which he found a passion. As an avid climber and sailor, he has performed unconventional fitness
regimes. In 2006 Tom found CrossFit and was hooked. The combination of variation, intensity and
competition helped move his fitness to a whole new level. In order to build further knowledge, Tom
holds certifications in the following disciplines:

  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • CrossFit Mobility Trainer
  • CrossFit Strongman Trainer
  • Level 1 USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach
  • ARC CPR/AED Instructor Certification

Tom is motivated by helping people reach their goals and creating a community of like-minded people.
If you want to increase your modalities of CrossFit, metabolic conditioning, gymnastic (body weight
movement) and weightlifting (Olympic and powerlifting), Tom is open to assist. He is available for group
or private sessions.
